TW's Journey to a PA: Bundle of Joy

A coworker had a baby a few weeks ago and I gave her a baby afghan that I made at the baby shower. She was thoughtful enough to send me this adorable picture of her bundle of joy all wrapped up in it!

A little history

After high school I moved to Tucson, Arizona where I worked full time as a computer technician while getting my Associates degree, Paralegal. I then worked at the Arizona Attorney General's Office as a paralegal doing forfeiture cases – loved it! I knew that I didn’t want to be a paralegal the rest of my life, but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do. I was seriously thinking about going into the FBI when I met my husband and moved to Kansas. I decided that the FBI wouldn’t be good for family life, and decided to pursue my other dream of working in medicine as a PA. I am currently working as an office assistant while applying to PA school. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and stepson playing video games, bowling or whatever family activity we decide on.
